Valle dell’Inferno 2018

This family reserve exclusively embraces the olive grove estate where important Sicilian heritage varieties such as Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice, Tonda Iblea, Cerasuola, Nocellara Etnea, Moresca are present. It is indeed here where an excellent extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted and unfiltered, with a medium fluidity and green fruitiness is produced. Its medium bitterness and mostly pungency bestows a flavor of tomato, artichoke and almond.
