Main traits

This family reserve exclusively embraces the olive grove estate where important Sicilian heritage varieties such as Cerasuola, Tonda Iblea, Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla are present. It is indeed here where an excellent extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted and unfiltered, with a medium fluidity and green fruitiness is produced. Its medium bitterness and mostly pungency bestows a flavor of tomato, artichoke and almond.

This delectable extra virgin olive oil is suitable for a variety of delicious dishes. It is well balanced and consistent with a delicate aroma of autumnal and exotic fruits. It will enhance any meal, ideal with salads, vegetables, soups and especially carpaccio, tartare of fish and meat.
